By becoming a member of our Wine Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions
(AKA the fine print).
- By purchasing a wine club membership, you understand that the average cost of club shipments will vary based on production and availability. Members receive 15% off our published retail price and are responsible for applicable sales tax;
- The credit card on file will be automatically charged one week prior to shipping;
- You will be notified by email which wines you will be receiving and the total charged to your card 2 weeks prior to shipment;
- Sorry, there are no substitutions or changes to wine club shipments;
- By purchasing a wine club membership, you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age and understand that an adult signature will be required upon delivery of your wine;
- By joining the club, you agree to be a member for a minimum of one year. Memberships may be cancelled after one year by providing 2880 Wines with written notice one month prior to processing any shipment;
- Members are responsible for changes in address and credit cards. Members will be charged for all shipping costs incurred by wine being returned due to address changes or non-availability of required signature;
